The Membrane Design Competition, that is to celebrate its 14th anniversary this year, is a global design competition featuring membrane structures. In the early stage we targeted domestic designers only. However, since 1993 the door has been open worldwide. This year designers from 26 countries in America, Europa and Asia participated the competition as well as Japanese domestic designers, and as many as 321 design works were submitted to us.
