town hall meeting

Town Hall Meetings were held to directly communicate management's ideas to employees and create an open workplace environment. By providing a forum for the president and employees to exchange opinions and deepen mutual understanding, various issues are directly communicated not only from the president to employees, but also from employees to the president, and the collected feedback is utilized in future improvement measures and initiatives.
It is hoped that the workshop-style dialogue will provide an opportunity to mutually consider the future of the company and lead to better corporate activities while each employee is aware of the need to make changes in the company.

Sunset Cafe

The three companies of the Taiyo Group (Taiyo Kogyo, TSP Taiyo, and ACTIO) are celebrating their 100th anniversary in 2022, and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary they are promoting activities to strengthen cooperation, such as creating synergies through personnel exchange and joint social contribution activities, and as part of these activities they are holding a social gathering called "Sunset Cafe The "Sunset Café" is one of the activities being implemented as part of these activities.
Various events allow group employees to interact with each other, leading to the creation of further corporate activities.

ONE TAIYO Clean Walk (community cleanup volunteer activities)

Three Taiyo Group companies (Taiyo Kogyo, TSP Taiyo, and ACTIO) regularly hold the "ONE TAIYO Clean Walk" to contribute to the local community and promote interaction among group employees.
Participants wear matching "ONE TAIYO GUNGAMI" and start walking in the morning to collect trash around their offices. The number of participating offices and employees has increased with each passing year.
During the cleanup activities, local residents have asked the name of the company and expressed their appreciation, and the event has been a great success in building a sense of camaraderie as well as a connection with the local community.

extracurricular activities

Our company is involved in various club activities such as a yacht club and an English conversation club. By providing opportunities for employees to enjoy their hobbies while promoting communication with each other outside of work, we strive to improve work-life balance and motivation.

Main work style reform actions

We have adopted staggered working hours and a teleworking system to improve the labor environment for our employees and increase work efficiency. In 2023, we are planning a large-scale renovation of our Osaka head office and consolidation of our group offices to create a better working environment for our employees.

Quality Management System

We promote company-wide quality management to maintain and improve the quality of our products and services and to deliver safety and peace of mind to our customers. The Quality Assurance Committee has been established to determine company-wide quality policies, identify quality risks, prevent problems, and check the effectiveness and reliability of quality activities.

Safety and Health

We regard safety management as one of the most important issues in our corporate management. The Safety Management Office plays a central role in our daily production activities by establishing and operating an occupational health and safety management system and promoting activities to ensure and further improve the quality of safety.

Sun Pride

We aim to achieve zero lost time injuries and provide satisfaction and excitement to our customers by thoroughly enforcing our own safety standard, "Taiyo Pride," at each construction site.

TSM System

We hold a "Safety Convention" to promote safety and health activities at construction sites. Awards are presented to subcontractors who have completed construction projects with no accidents, injuries, or defects, or who have delivered products and materials. We have also established the "TSM Certification System," which recognizes those who have both a high level of insight and superior skills, as well as excellent on-site management capabilities, and grants them the title of "Taiyo Safety Meister (TSM).
The safety convention is an opportunity for all concerned to share and reaffirm the importance of safety and health management, and to work toward achieving zero accidents and zero occupational injury.

Establishment of Health Committee

We have established a "Health Committee" for the purpose of maintaining employee health, preventing occupational accidents, promoting health maintenance, and providing health education. The Health Committee meets once a month in the presence of an industrial physician and health manager, and strives to maintain, promote, and foster the health of employees in accordance with various themes.
