Fumita Kuriki, who has been aiming to climb Mount Everest alone without oxygen cylinders or Sherpas.
It was announced that he passed away there on the 21st.

We are just so sorry to hear this sudden sad news.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Kuriki and wish him the best of luck.
