Construction Flow

STEP01

Plans and Proposals

We will listen to your issues and requests in a preliminary meeting, conduct a site survey of the ground, delivery route, and surrounding environment to determine if the project is feasible, and propose the optimum tent warehouse.
Based on the plans and studies, we will prepare estimates and specifications.

STEP02

Contract

Once the above plans are agreed upon, the contract will be sealed and detailed architectural drawings and structural calculations will be prepared.

STEP03

Design

Based on the contract, detailed design and structural calculations are prepared.
To construct a tent warehouse, an application for confirmation must be submitted to a government or private building permit inspection agency in accordance with the Building Standard Law. In order to obtain a building permit, various materials are to be prepared and submitted.
In addition, it may be necessary to apply for permission from the government based on laws and regulations.

STEP04

Production

Membrane fabrication and steel frame fabrication will be performed. In conjunction with this, foundation work is also performed. Depending on the ground conditions, ground improvement may be required here.

STEP05

Construction

The manufactured components are assembled on site for construction. Upon completion of construction, a final check is made in the presence of the client, and if there are no problems, the building is handed over to the client.

Membrane deterioration diagnosis service

Membrane materials used in tent warehouses have a limited life span, and their deterioration status varies depending on the hours of sunlight and UV exposure. It is difficult to determine this by visual inspection.
Taiyo After Care Service "TACS" is an after-sales service in which our professional staff conducts inspections and diagnoses to ensure the safe and long-lasting use of your tent warehouse.

We carefully inspect the deterioration of the membrane material by photographing the entire area to be inspected & microscopically photographing it.

diagnosis

The microscope images are used to examine fiber exposure, scratches, and cracks on the membrane surface, and the safety level of the current situation is calculated using our proprietary "Membrane Material Deterioration Diagnosis System" based on a vast amount of historical data.

report

The results of the inspection and diagnosis will be submitted as a future maintenance plan along with each data. We will propose safe and comfortable usage methods by referring to the next inspection and replacement timing. The inspection report will be submitted as a report with detailed data, so it can be used as-is for internal decision-making and approval before making a decision on replacement.

Membrane replacement and refurbishment

There are a wide variety of problems faced by sites, including deterioration of membrane materials, aging tent warehouses, and dirt. We offer a variety of renewal systems to solve those problems.
We guarantee a comfortable work space with services that take into account the repair and replacement of membrane materials, as well as environmental measures and improvements to the maximum extent possible.
