Hybrid Flex House, the real "Chikara".
In the past, Hybrid FH was sold only with a focus on the performance required for non-occupied spaces such as warehouses. However, after analyzing and evaluating the original features of Hybrid FH again, we have concluded that living spaces are the most suitable spaces to fully utilize the product. Therefore, we built the new MakMax Flex Experience Center on the premises of our Osaka headquarters as a facility where visitors can actually experience the space and be impressed by it. This facility aims to be “a place where employees and customers can gather together, meet, and develop knowledge together” through not only the experience but also the introduction of various products.

A very “comfortable environment” created by “brightness”
Unlike indoor artificial lighting, membrane roofs allow in natural light, which contributes to the adjustment of the body’s internal clock by allowing people to experience changes in brightness with time, thereby improving work efficiency, improving sleep disorders, and preventing dementia in the elderly.

Overwhelming “Shortening of construction period” by “Systematization”
All parts are systematized (standardized) to guarantee stable quality from design and production to on-site installation. Manufacturing is performed efficiently in a dedicated factory, which is both speedy and labor-saving. In the construction process, welding and other operations that tend to make quality uncertain are eliminated to ensure quality and shorten the process at the site.

In terms of environmental friendliness, the use of fewer materials (lighter weight), shorter manufacturing and construction processes, and the elimination of daytime lighting, among other measures, reduce energy use as much as possible, resulting in a reduction of life cycle CO2 emissions ( LCCO2 ) by about half compared to conventional construction.
