"Maxwall"
-Continuous box-type steel frame-

Continuous earth embankments can be installed quickly and easily.

Maxwall is a continuous box-shaped steel frame that can be applied as a temporary material for long-term temporary construction or main construction, as an emergency measure until the main restoration at the time of a disaster, or as a stockpile material for disaster prevention.
The structure consists of mesh cages (steel frames) welded with galvanized iron wire and lined with non-woven fabrics to prevent spillage of filling material inside the cages.
The steel frame is made of steel for durability and can be used for long-term temporary installation.

Product Overview

The structure consists of mesh-like baskets (steel frames) welded with galvanized iron wire and lined with non-woven fabric to prevent filling material from spilling inside the baskets. (The cages can be easily deployed and connected for filling and installation.

High stability

Since the steel frames are connected, they are strongly integrated and can withstand approximately 4 times* more load than large sandbags reinforced with binding belts, enabling the installation of earth embankments and earth retaining walls.
Based on our comparative experiments

High durability

Steel frames welded with galvanized iron wire have durability performance of about 5 years in seawater splash areas and more than 10 years on land and in soil, and can be applied as long-term temporary structures.

Easy to construct

Pre-assembled, it can be unrolled, filled, and installed immediately after unloading on site, and can be split, extended, bent, and stacked. Sand, crushed stone, or soil generated on site can be used as filling material.
